When does my monthly usage reset?
Usage resets on the 1st of each calendar month. Any unused consultations do not carry over to the next month.
Is my consultation data stored permanently?
No. All consultation audio, transcriptions, and notes are automatically deleted after 24 hours. You can also delete them manually at any time from your dashboard.
What note formats are supported?
All plans include SOAP, SBAR, APSO, DAP, BIRP, DAR, and PIE. You can also upload a custom template in .txt or .docx format.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Online billing is coming soon. In the meantime, email us at

What is an organisation plan?
An organisation plan covers all clinicians at your practice or hospital under one flat monthly fee. Email
[email protected] to discuss pricing for your team size.
Are prices in NZD?
Yes, all prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and are inclusive of GST.
